Delivery information

Morris Site Machinery aim to provide an effective, competent and precise delivery service of all goods ordered by our customers.

Our selected freight partners will always endeavour to deliver the goods to you in perfect condition. Any items missing or damaged must be notified to the driver at the time of delivery.

We may deliver the goods in several consignments however we will not charge any extra delivery for this.

Deliveries will only be made to the cardholder address and must be signed for by the customer at that address.

The Products will be your responsibility from the time of delivery.

Delivery details & charges

• Order before 2pm and we will deliver your order the next working day (Monday – Friday, unless ordered on a bank holiday) on all in-stock items. NB deliveries to Scottish Highlands and Grampian region  can take 2-3 days

• If your items are currently unavailable we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery date or your option to cancel the order

• Orders placed after 2pm will be delivered the working day following e.g. orders placed after 2pm on Tuesday will be delivered to you on the Thursday etc…

• Weekend orders will be delivered on the Tuesday following (unless placed upon Bank Holidays)

• Unfortunately, we do not deliver to The Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, The Isle of Wight and any countries outside of mainland UK. Please contact our sales team on 0845 409 0280 for deliveries to any of these areas.

• Delivery for parts and accessories will be charged on weight. Delivery charges for Machines will vary and this cost will be shown before checkout.

• Surcharges will be charged to certain areas as described below and delivery can take 2-3 days. These additional charges will be added to your order at the checkout if your order falls under these postcode categories; AB, DD, IV 1-28, IV 30-32, IV 36, IV 55-56, IV 63, KW 1-3, KW 5-14, PH 1-18
